Booking with Skin Klare Esthetics means that you agree to the following:
Cancellation Policy:

- At Skin Klare Esthetics, we respectfully request that you give us a 48-hour advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This can be done on our Vagaro appointments scheduling system via our website.
- A credit card will be required at the time of booking services
- A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking any service
- If a client fails to give a 48-hour notice, the client will be charged 50% of scheduled services
- For any cancellations or if you need to reschedule within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment(s), you will be charged 50% of the scheduled services. This fee is non-refundable and cannot be applied to any future service(s)
- If a valid card is not left on file when scheduling the appointment the appointment may be canceled
- If a client “no shows” an appointment that is scheduled, the client will be charged 100% of the service(s) scheduled. And multiple “no-shows” can result in the client being terminated from our business
- We allow a 15-minute grace period for any appointment in the event you are running late. Should you arrive after the grace period, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide your scheduled service. If we cannot accommodate you, the client will be marked as a “no-show” and your card on file will be charged accordingly.

Policies still apply to clients with gift certificates
All clients agree to contact Skin Klare Esthetics as soon as possible if they have any changes in their upcoming service.
In order to service you with the best experience that we can provide, we need the full scheduled time. We ask that you arrive at your appointment on time. As a courtesy and to help you remember your appointment, Vagaro Appointments sends multiple texts and email reminders several days prior. We ask that you take action when receiving your reminder- please confirm, reschedule or cancel your appointment in a timely manner. We value your business and ask that you respect our policies. Policies apply to all clients, new and existing. This policy stands through any life circumstance. Including illness.
Tipping
For services rendered, we accept any major credit/debit card. For tipping your service provider we are only accepting Venmo, Cash App, and cash.
Monthly Facial Membership
Your Klare Skin Facial Membership is valid for 6 months. A major credit card or debit card will be automatically charged the membership fee of $99 on the first of every month for the 6-month duration. You may cancel your facial membership at the end of 6 months provided we receive writing within 30 days of your membership expiration date. Kid-Free Policy
Even though we would absolutely love to gush over how cute and adorable your children are, we do ask that you show us in photograph form and not at your appointment.
Return Policy
Retail products can only be exchanged if the product packaging is malfunctioning from shipping.
Returns are not accepted if the packaging is used or opened in any capacity.
Skin Klare Esthetics has the right to refuse service to anyone
who does not adhere to these terms and conditions
