The first time I went to Karen for a facial, I was really scared because it was my first time. I had never been to an esthetician and I got pretty anxious walking in and seeing all the machines. Karen was amazing though, and calmed me down before we started so I was relaxed and it was so good that I took my mother as well for a facial.
